Roddy is a great songwriter, I love his music so much. Unfortunately I live so far from Scotland (in Russia) and I can not attend his concert :(

In 1997 I found a 7" vinyl by Idlewild called Satan Polaroid. It looked cool so I bought it. Still listening 14 years later. Most music seems fake to me these days. To me Roddy and Idlewild are up there with R.E.M., Nirvana, Pearl jam etc
