Part 2 showed that for a fastest input SDE, the dash inputs must come before the 10f critical window at the end of recovery. The question still remains, do all of the inputs still have to be completed within a total of 10f? As this video shows, the answer is no. As long as the last dash input is before the critical window, the P is within the window, and the P is less than 10f after the last dash input, the SDE will come out at fastest timing.

The "slowest" successful SDE shown in this video takes a total of 18 frames from the first dash input to the P, and still comes out at fastest timing in order to beat the cpu lowpunch.
