Colouring Manga on GIMP Part. 1

This is the first part of a drawing of my manga I actually colour ! How I colour the eyes.
It's take me a bit more than 35 minutes.
I'm not really good with colouring with computer... it's just the fourth time I colour on the computer... But I will be better =D
Sorry for the bad quality of the video !!! But I don't know how to do better with Windows Movie Maker TT.TT If you know say me how to do please ! =D

I use The GIMP for the colour ;
I use Hypercam for the recording ;
I use Windows Movie Maker for add musics and make the video more short.

The three songs are :

@ShizuruXD ahahah *0* Fairy Tail songs are sooo good *0* I think I love all the ops and eds songs... XD And thanks ! But.... it's REALLY old... XD I improve myself a LOT xD But I don't draw a lot on computer now.. xD I prefer my fabercastell' colouring pencil *0* XD

@Hoshi3437 i'm actually trying to figure out how to use gimp for manga so i can draw on it XD that's how i got myself here :3 but i know wat u mean. drawing on pencil and paper is a lot easier T.T

@ShizuruXD ahah XD Yeah it's true ! But My trick with drawing that I made now is :Do you drawing on a paper and ink it, Scan it Adjust light on the drawing to had an '' line on computer '' effect and colour it ! It's easier ! And I don't have a tablet or whatever like that, I just have a mouse so it's really hard xD But for lines on computer, with a mouse you can use the paths pen in 1 pixel ! It's do a nice effect and it's easy to understand ! If you have any question you can ask me ! :D

how do you set it to where when you color, it doesnt go over the outlines of the picture?? >:(
