@swampertex117 dude go back to your pokemon... it's a Florida strain large mouth. The colour is a result of it being in deeper water whereas fish that frequent shallower water have a lighter colour due to exposure to more sunlight.

@fishingforfood1 its a small mouth the mouth on this fish stops at the eyes and a largenouth bass mouth goes behind it as well look at the coloring

bass is nasty to eat!! tastes like dirt! but they are super fun to catch (falcon dam). my main fish to eat are redfish and specks. (Port Mansfield)
