Obviously every foreigner will always (or at least for a long time) have a tiny accent left, English isn't our native language. But saying all French people that can actually speak it have a crappy accent is ridiculous. And don't say I'm wrong, you were implying that. By the way, I dare you to speak French without an accent.

Come on people don't be so mean with French people! It's not their fault if french television don't give the possibilities to watch tv series in english language! Some people (like me) really want to learn English language in France! I'm French and I really apreciate watching movies in English but you can understand that some other people prefer watch it in their own language! Be a little bit more torelant with people who don't speak the same language than you!
