Je fais taisabaki au cours chez mon prof, mais vu comme sur cette video on se rend compte de l'utilité de cet exercice.
Mais je pense qu'il faut un bon partenaire qui sait bien maîtriser son bokken car autrement cela dégénère rapidement.

Cet exercice est un éducatif pour apprendre à devenir libre dans la pratique des taisabaki.
Nous pouvons également le pratiquer avec un JO ou un BO.
