I just started jogging and doing leg stretches and my legs were sooo sore! i tried your techinque on one leg, stood up and noticed a big difference between each leg :D This helps so much, thank you for the tips!

I don't recommend elbows before or after a serious run, but the other stuff is great! I think that people are realizing you can't go from the office to the gym without a little help.

I'm a runner who has just discovered your self-massage videos and can't believe my good luck! This is EXACTLY what I need! For one thing, it will give me more info about what's going on with my muscles. For example, until doing this video, I didn't even know my quads were so sore. Thanks for putting it out there.

warming up exercise is the key. drink some warm water to keep the juice running.

Can this be used for sprinters? I have been very sore from practice. I need to get rid of it quickly to perform at my potential

doing that at 0.40 to both legs will help you to go to sleep; or soft beating ( for 2 minutes & less) of those muscle will do. And wear a hat if the night is too cold.
