Day and night black and white
You take it all for granted
I'm the one who turns you on

When you don't know where you belong
And nothin' seems to matter
I'm the one who's holding on

It's alright to be wrong
All we need's a little time
But nothing here can last that long

We show the world a brand new face
It's taken us all this time
All this time
All of this doubt
We get to work it out
All of this doubt
We get to work it out

Yesterday lost your way
Still looking for an answer
I'm the one who holds the key

When you don't know where you belong
And nothing seems to matter
I'll unlock this mystery

We show the world a brand new face
It's taken us all this time
All this time
All of this doubt
We get to work it out
All of this doubt
We get to work it out

We show the world a brand new face
It's taken us all this time
All this time
All of this doubt
We get to work it out
All of this doubt
We get to work it out

All of this doubt
Day and night - Black and White
Take it all for granted
We get to work it out
I'm the one who turns you on
Turns you on - Turns you on
All of this doubt

When you don't know where you belong
And nothin' seems to matter
We get to work it out
I'm the one who's holdin' on
Holdin' on - Holdin' on

  • sounds nothing like a def lepard signature track...

more like a van halen or commerical recording for a pepsi commerical

    but its a good song

  • @TommyChevyBugle and hes going for the eddie hair look from pearl jam

  • @TommyChevyBugle noooouuuu

  • @TommyChevyBugle jajajajaaaa

  • My absolute favorite band. If You have ever heard Phil sing he sounds just like Joe. I have a single where Phil is singing Two Steps Behind.

  • @kimvorell es verdad??

  • Beautiful band ..beautiful song..I feel truly blessed to have spent my adolescence, my high school years in the era of Def Leppard and all of their contemporaries.. 80's music was food for my soul....

  • I love this song and Joe's voice is excellent in this range! HOTT!!!! Thanks for sending this.

  • Vivian wrote this

  • 2:29 SAV BASS SOLO!!!!!! Love it

  • @dadthemaster Yup, It really should've taken off better, but was ignored by most media because of the name def leppard, and then fans who couldn't accept the change. Wish they would've stuck with that sound, maybe they would be somewhere instead of where they are today, stuck being a nostalgia act on tour playing nothing but the hits and touring with the same bands (They are touring with Poison again this year...)

  • Joe looks extremely GOOD in this video - and sounds AWESOME, of course!

  • one of my favs from this album. But from what i read when they did this cd with the change in sound fans didnt really like it then. but grow to like the cd now.

  • Even though I didn't know this song until the 2000's, the sound and feel of this song really takes me back to the 90's. ^_^ It's also one of my favorite songs and videos by Def Leppard. :)

  • es una banda extraoridinaria y me uviera encantado vivir en los 80

  • i wish my hair was like that 2 i have wear gel otherwise its a mess

  • i love the drums in this. how you can really hear the snare in it. plus its cool sav got a solo

  • @dadthemaster yeah and "X". both underrated albums. i loved both. i havent heard all of slang but i liked what i did hear of it.
