hey guys, that's cool, but check out mine. i built it with ducted fans (impellers) which have a thrust with brushless motors, and lipo batterys. i'm working on a kind of ESP that is won't be drifting when i'm making a curve. I steer it via bluetooth with my notebook. it all cost my (without notebook:D) 200 euros.

Have fun with that man, I have already built many out of leaf blowers. They work great on the water.

I am looking for a good, cheap, engine that i can use for a project. where can I get a good motor?

A hobby shop is the best place, but they will probably be expensive. That's where I got all mine. I got the downforce motor from there too, but it was free since it was used and the people at the shop were really nice.

how much did it cost to make?

It cost about a hundred and fifty dollars. Everything was real cheap except the electronics. The batteries were about 20 each. The motor was about 10. The servo and remote control was about 80 I think.
