If you train with intensity and want to get the most out of your workouts while avoiding injury, you MUST warmup properly! This video is an addition to my Dynamic Warmup and Core Activation videos, and will demonstrate some simple upper body warmup exercises.

  • Josh, Awesome video as always, I'v been doing these warm ups you'v taught me and it works! Guys and gals if you the type to always get injured or always have some sort of pain in your shoulders try these warm up Josh is teaching us it makes a HUGE diff once again thanks for the vid.
