    It seems obvious that you don't know much about WW, old or new. WW IS all about eating real foods ! In fact all foods are allowed.

    It is about making the right choices and the right Amounts of those foods.

    It is Not a diet. It is learning the right way to eat to lose weight OR maintain the loss. I've lost over 2 lbs. since this new one started 29nov2010. It's great having zero points fruit - All fruit is zero points !
