  • I was on this train. I am amazed at how bad the track looks and I knew there were some 20MPH slow orders.

  • There was a truck folloing the train a ways behind it. I was filming the track as it looked like it was peeling on the inside edge. The guy in the truck said that it was normal wear and they didn't grind and maintain the rails in this line. It is used regularly too. I was surprised at how it's not straight in many places. How about all the springs and plates in the creek? That would have been an awesome ride. Thanks for the comment.

  • I like steam trains. I have ridden 2 so far 1 in Greymouth New Zealand and the other 1 in Lithgow NSW Australia.

    The smell reminds me of the device my Grandfather used in his Iron Works shop to make Acetylene. Good times good memories thanks 2oona
