If you took Adderall because you have ADHD, then you are under a doctor's care and you need to talk about this with them and your family - who will be aware of the situation.
If you were taking Adderall because it was available, not to treat a medical condition, you should talk with your doctor or an addiction counsellor to help you come off of it safely.
if you don't want to have bad withdrawal like that, then don't get addicted to it. I love the stuff, but I don't take it daily or anything! Use don't abuse!
Hmmm... Adderall XR makes me grumpy all day, and it kills my urge to drink 2 pots of coffee...
And the benefit of being able to do my job is worth the side effects. Besides, my anxiety and depression got allot better... I don't take it on the weekends, and I feel almost no withdraw symptoms. I don't love it, but I don't hate it either.
The key to quitting bad habits is to replace the bad habit with a healthy one. Sitting around feeling bad does you no good at all. What I did was to force myself to go out jogging and that made me feel much better. I liked the way it made me feel, so I made it a daily habit.
I can see that breezyhah is having a hard time coping, which makes it hard to apply for a job, but you really need to pull yourself together...stop beating yourself up!
It will take time to get this crap out of your system
I was on Adderall years ago. NEVER AGAIN will I touch the shit. It made me break out with horrible acne when I NEVER had acne before...it gave me HORRIFIC crashes. On it I felt great, coming off of it made me unbelievably depressed every day when I'd crash. I'd stay up sometimes for days on end...I'd babble about nothing for hours while on it. It is basically like legal cocaine. I was on a LEGAL prescribed dose, yet felt like I was a junkie on crack. Adderal = HORRIBLE & VERY VERY ADDICTIVE
hah i know how you feel:/i take my frends adderall during the week like 4 times.t sucks because the depression is terrible and i usually end up lying n bed all weekend:(
and as great as i thought it once was, i believe ill never be able to be the same sensitive cheerful guy i once was and it's a scary thought to include the creativity part i once had became dull over the period of being on it. i simply feel like i have a brain of a 40 year old man. P.S. The Side Effect's are real!!!!! So hopefully my story Helps. Take Care.
Pt2 and in doing so i realized nothing was getting done that i needed to get done. Sex drive was gone, and my love life had become impaired, as i was to believe everything would get better it didn't. School has become a stressful issue now! I didn't understand i tried upping, downing, my dosage the superman feeling i once had was gone. The only option i had and could only face was to kick it to the curb and as i try to do this task believe me folks it's not easy as it seems im 22

I'll keep you in my prayers.

How is it even possible for such a beautiful girl to be depressed?
I'd be more happy to help a damsel in distress if I'd live anywhere near. <3
