I remember listening to an interview with Dio from the early 80's while he was in Sabbath where he said he never covered anyone else's songs unless it was absolutely mandatory.

During his time in Elf (The Elves,The Electric Elves) while they were working hard touring the bar and club scene of North America,there were some absolutely mandatory situations.

If you're going to cover a song,KILL IT...And Dio and Elf slay this number.
