@snipe1963 It's on the Snakes and Arrows MVI. It was a special edition of S&A released about a month after the regular cd. The high resolution stereo and 5.1 mixes of the album are on there too (which both sound awesome) and several other little things, it's basically a dvd. Search for "Snakes and Arrows MVI". It was intended to be a limited edition so new copies are much more expensive now than when it was new. See the Amazon listing for all the content on it. Good luck!
