IN BP your Butt should never go past your knee joints, and I think in this release the squat track was only working the 3/4 range...if you look at his other videos he's really improved.

Stop teaching. You probably have done your best, but these squats are in poor quality. Your students will hurt themselves faster than you.
Stand tall and keep your butts in when return to the top.
