think the last line (instead of "With A Smile") mentions "Mad The Swine", a title to their It's song referring to Christ (in reflection to Like 7:34) that along with "Jesus" from their first LP -seems to go with the angle granted with the certain thematical link within these songs, that this one is sang/spoken under the perspective of no other than by Christ himself (or was it satan?)
