All Paul says is if we feel strongly enough about a country, Then declare war through a declaration of war, go all out, and win it.I hate this notion that Ron Paul (the ONLY veteran candidate) is against any action of war, when he just wants to conduct foreign policy correctly by using war as an absolute last option, and declaring war if you are going to do it.
