I don't think this theme is played for Igniz per se, but rather, its played for the fight, and for those who fight against Igniz.

I've always thought of this as a one-size fits all theme for the ones fighting Igniz, not the theme of Igniz himself. It is called "Save the Universe" after all, not "Rule the Universe".
