HD Litter Lout 25 - St Peters Highfields Leicester

In the car and present with this litter lout are his wife and kids. It was like "daddy teaches littering".

Well this certainly was throwing them in at the deep end in their littering tuition as there was a lot to remember.

1) Thow a sweet bag out while cleaning the footwells at the front of the car.
2) Throw another sweet wrapper out the back footwells.
3) And the real master stroke... as your driving off, tear up a large peice of paper in caste that out into the neighbourhood also, just as people can't think you can't be any worse.

After he had driven off you would have looked and concluded that the leicester carnival had been held here.
