My 1973 Mustang Grande i got over the summer last year, rebuilt the 302 2 barrel engine. But i'm taking it out and putting it in a 60's mustang. This year i'm putting a 351 W in it and i'll have a video up after it's in and snug.
@rawimpact - $3000 for 1973 grande is a little pricey, but if the frame as well as the body and engine look fine, it would be a great deal, on a good day, i could actually get up to 19 MPG or so, it's is a 5.0 V8, so either way it will be a little rough on gas. If i were you, i would just double check if the motor and trans are factory with the model, if not, see if he has prevous receipts. It it a very reliable model. Most came stock with 302 & C4 transmission. is Awesome car. Hope this helped
i know this is an odd question to ask about a muscle car, but do you happen to know the mpg on this vehicle? I really am looking to purchase one, but do quite a bit of driving so i need to keep that in mind. There is an individual offering a 73 302 auto just like yours for $3000 in running condition. Would you consider that a good deal?
