alright the "tracing lines" is not him cheating, its a rough sketch underneath, there called construction lines, and every artists starts with a rough sketch or outline of what their art is going to be, painters, cartoonists, graffiti, and even people who use photoshop to draw sketch it out first

you're either retarded or not any kind of artist. He's drawing a rough sketch first then tracing that sketch (that he drew every part of) onto a different piece of paper. The alternative is sketching then inking on the same paper but then you have to erase those pencil lines which will fade the ink, you loose little details and have to do more work.
