  • Yes, you will. I am on my 4th cycle now and I have loss 44 lbs - without exercise. The trick, I found, is to continue eating smaller portion, the same number of meals and continue drinking water during the 3 days. This will minimize weight regain. So try to abstain from eating multiple hamburgers or entire pizzas. Your body will know whats right so just listen to it. By day three I am usually looking forward starting again.

  • What about the 3 days off after each 11 days? Won't you just gain the weight back since you get to eat whatever you want?
