What most people dont understand there are different levels of gastroschisis go home in month with baby, then there is the extreme right. Our girl needs more info from you not only for her to continue on but for us as 24/7 parents that brought home IV Hyperal, 24 hour continouse feeds, ostemey bag. Your parents love you it is hard to stay up all night for 4 to5 years doing a care every 2 hours. Thank you for giving us hope that we are doing the right thing, idaho is cutting our RN in home.

Yes, I was born with Gastroschisis which led to Short Bowel Syndrome, but my doctors and I have always called it that. Now that I have had a transplant I have neither. I'm not saying that you took drugs when you had your daughter, but there are many ways to get Short Bowel Syndrome and some recover from Gastroschisis very quickly.
Over the past couple of years I have really lucky I am to be here. I have a wonderful family, loving boyfriend, and am glad of the experiances i have gone through.
