@wauters26 male and female jaguar cichlids both have the rounded dorsal fins the sexing is in the size and color.

Male jag and male flowerhorn. They obviously aren't gay. It's a good thing.

@CronusandRhea most cichlids are agressive/territorial. what you're looking at here is two of the most agressive/insane breeds. there are many cool looking breeds are fairly calm, virtually all cichlids are territorial, some small & medium sized are fine co-existing in a large tank, a 100 gal would be fine w/ these.

yes that is a female with some nice color can tell because the back of the dorsal fin is rounded

@n166ahygu go to my channel and go to the jaguar cichlid video. Both the male and the female are together and you will see the difference. But I can tell by her behavior and her look.
