Good thoughts. It's also interesting to note that "leading" doesn't happen only in fights or decision making, but rather starts in "setting the course" for the family- spiritually, financially, geographically, etc, while taking his wife and her needs into account as God always did with Christ. If our wives have respectable leadership, it is often much easier to follow!
