In this workout you need to pyramid 3-4 sets and finishing as heavy as you can for as many reps as you can on the final set. I started with 185 lbs for 20 reps , finishing with 275 lbs for 25 reps. Keep your technique good

  • @5speedonly haha except both are super skinny, How about Jimmy fallon and Van damme.. that makes a bit more sense being I weight about as much as those other 2 combined :)

  • i use 257lbs and i do 4x8 set to traps and still its to low weight for me >S
