This certainly is a "perceived" success. LOL. I love how they can pull the wool over the eyes of many Americans. The auto industry is a failure. They will come to the trough every 25-30 years at the taxpayer and shareholder expense. Hooray for the unions!!!!! I especially love how they "perceive" that the loans have been paid back. Borrowing MORE money to pay debt is never a good plan.
