  • @ps3playergod No,but this by far is the hardest and you have to do it every other day. There's like 10 different 50minute workouts on p90x.

  • I am done with week 2 day 7!!

  • Work on continuing to make those hamstrings flexible. It's looking good and it looks like you're able to keep up with them and that your abs have become used to the abuse. The only thing left to do is to be able to nail it as hard as they do. Once you can really straighten those legs, you're golden. Good luck

  • I don't know why, but I find this video amusing. I hope I don't look like a dork too when I am doing my ab exercises in the gym.

  • Technique is key to the effectiveness of most excersizes... go strech the legs and keep them off the floor :D
