@rumncoke2009 I was just thinking about this when I saw your comment...I thought I would be the only one to think that!

@anaihilator your right about george Clinton. BUT. Listen to each member individually. Chad clearly has been influenced by Bonham, Mitch Mitchell, Ian paice,....John Frusciante is like a mix of Page & Hendrix.
Flea himself said that he never liked rock music and wanted to be a jazz musician, And when the origanal guitar player from RHCP taught him to play bass he showed hime Led Zeppelin, Hendrix and Kiss, which is what changed his view about rock.
No band has just 1 influence

@rumncoke2009 thats part of it, but a huge chunk of RHCP's inspirations was George Clinton and Parliament/Funkadelic. Heck..even Led Zepp admitted the Crunge was sort of an ode to James Brown and funk music in general. Get it right, homie!

We are not alone. Most UFO sightings are overactive imaginations but there are some very valid signs of extra terrestrials

Life's Great Mysteries:
What happened to Amelia Earhart?
Who really shot JFK?
Is our civilization alone in the universe?
What's the deal with this song?
And now I know where the Red Hot Chili Peppers found their inspiration....
