whenever i press "root" it says starting ADB server and then daemon not running. starting now in port 5037, daemon started successfully. Then the program freezes and says not responding. Help anyone?

@KlAyst3R Hi hopefully you´ve already got an answer, but here is a solution that worked for me. I had the same problem, superoneclick freezed after the first two steps. I went to lg´s homepage, and downloaded a new software update. Rebooted the phone, connected it to the pc, made sure USB-debugging was on, and i made sure i didn´t mount the sd card. Opened superoneclick (2.3.3) and pressed root. hope this have helped! AND PLEASE THUMB´S UP SO EVERYONE SEES THIS! peace/ Ralle624 :)

@KlAyst3R I have the same problem.
Hey! Can you make a video on how to install CM7.1 stable now that it's out? I JUST got a G2X (Froyo) last week and I want to install CM7.1 so I can get better battery life!
Please? People have been sending me to XDA but I want a video tutorial, so can you please make one? If not, then I guess I'll have to follow your "nightly" tutorial.

@sk8rked The process should be EXACTLY the same as the nightly video (assuming you download the stable ROM of course, and not a nightly). I am not sure if it includes the Google Apps though. If not, check out my video tutorial for installing them as well. Let me know if you have an issue. Good luck!
