@ofir866 it kind of sound like indian music, because of the mix of violins and drums, but I don't think those are indian drums or indian strings instrument. Check out some ravi shankar if you want a good idea of how indian music sounds like (of course that wouldn't be enough to picture the whole thing, but I think it's a good example), or tabla beat science if you want some cool tabla/dub mix :p

Mainly Bulgarian lyrics were chosen for the song "Propaganda", which plays in the game's Akuda Bar, to allude to the Soviet propaganda of the Cold War. It uses a recording of a telephone conversation by Héral with a female Bulgarian friend to represent the government's control of the media. It also incorporates Arabic string instruments and Indian percussion. .
