thanks especially to banana yoshimoto and her shinkonsan story. also, before i forget, this idea began back in 2001 in tsu city, japan when i pitched an idea for a story to be in response to before sunset. but, the memories of the different locations on and off set live on in my dreams. as just a tidbit, i still remember going to pitch the idea to the main actor and convincing him that we did not need the american if he was unavailable (aussies, too, are gaijin, eh?:), suzuka near the beach, and an apartment in yokkaichi. i went back in 2011 and still saw the pop icons outside. hontouni kokoro kara desu ne. ii kibun ga aru. ima kara mo yoroshiku onegaishimasu. maido happy...ashita ga aru (yume ga aru!).
