  • @merrilee1111 Condit dam was completed in 1913 and had a maximum capacity of 14.7MW. Bonneville dam around 25 miles away has an installed capacity of 1,189MW. John Day dam about 40-50 miles away has a capacity of 2,160MW. These are not typos. Condit's power generation was not economically significant in the modern age, much more is to be gained by the return of salmon to the river.
