I just got a 92ex with a 5sp manual and second gear redlines around 80km doesnt seem right maby the speedometer is of but i know its accurate at 60 couse i drove by one of those things that tell you the speed on the side of the road.

@navyseal19876 yes it will fit, you just have to change the ecu and a few wires.
-
i got an automatic 1992 accord ex coupe and the engine has like 156,000 miles on it i wanna swap out the engine i was wondering if anyone knows if a f22b engine from jdm would fit???
-
I want that car but with low miles. Always loved that model. Wanna white one. Standard transmission turbo charged all stock sleeper.

my 92 will still roast the tires as they are super light in the front end, winter driving noted. Awsome cars although the shifting when on the gas becomes an issue....wish i had a manual.

@hondahp18 i have a 93 its 3300 i think my engine alone is 324lbs
-
i got a 92 accord shit is nice got it to 115 mph before i slowed down
-
@hondahp18 That's the one with 125 hp. We're talking about the other one. And that's still kinda heavy for that amount of power available; try comparing it to, say, a SL2(SC2) or a twin cam Protege sometime.

actually the accord weighs like 2700lbs there super light
-
That's a problem with a lot of their engines. But when you're going for the most hp/liter possible and ignore the other aspects of engine power that's what happens.
Did you have sports mode on? Mine's the 90's model and it take about 14 secs.
