hello I'm going to this hotel the food steak was delicious but a lot of rock in the sea service were good but we were four and we were half a large double bed not open the door too lontemp our coaches have had a baby lizard in our our room had no ceiling refreshes arriving at the hotel but our shows His trip was really fun :-)

i will be staying at your hotel in january i want to know if there is jacuzzi in the swim up rooms with direct pool acces i believe it is a junior deluxe room since we have the pool ?

i had the same problem with the shower, but it was nothing that the towels couldnt control, and cleanup everyday helped keep the floors clean anyways.

It was my feedback if you disagree so be it. The resort like life is not static, my post was 10 months earlier than yours. It sounds like it improved ..great. Such a failing in logic, amazingly Oilers17Rule (let me guess you wear jerseys on game day, don't you? come on be honest LOL) people can go to the same resort and have an inconsistent experience than the other. Again, I'm glad it improved. Hopefully the posts will remain consistent so people will continue to feel comfortable & enjoy.

Theft? Maybe if youre an idiot and leave stuff lying everywhere... Bad attitude from staff? Theyre the happiest people Ive ever seen. Did you tip them anything? I gave 10 pesos and an old t shirt to someone for giving me room service and he was shaking he was so excited and he was thanking me nonstop. Honestly, I dont know how much you were expecting if you hated it. Id love to see if you live if you were expecting that much...
