that is actualy is so stupid that they think they eat very little, they are in denial that is why they can´t move on, people can blame genetic and hormones but somehow I do not see fatties where food is hard to get, face it - if you are fat you did it

Over-weight people are not gluttonous, they are actually starving. The body is not hungry under 2 circumstances- 1. there is food still in the stomach, or 2. the cells already have enough nutrition on reserve. So most obese people's bodies beg for food as soon as the stomach is empty because the last meal, and all the previous ones, didn't fill those cells with nutrition.

When I see an extremely overweight person, I don't see someone who is of poor character, I see someone who is in pain. We all have problems but not everyone turns to food - it's easier for an alcoholic to hide their vice but a big person can't make the fat invisible. I think it's time to stop shaming, blaming and diets - sort out the head and the heart first.
