hi just want to ask is it possible to get better depth of view in holga (in terms of shooting large scale like people)?

As long as the lens stays on you should be fine. What you have done is cracked the piece of plastic that usually stops the lens from completely unscrewing. If you look inside the lens you should see the damage.

help me please! i just got my first holga yesterday, and well lets say there is some kind of accident. and when i check my holga , i cant twist the lens to focus, its stuck. so i try to pull it off and suddenly i hear crack! now its not stuck but when i twist the lens to mountain symbol its tighten up but when i twist to 1 person symbol its suddenly loosening. so its just like screw. is it right this way? or there is something wrong with my holga lens? sorry for my bad english and my stupidness

I;ve been using this method since I got the camera about three years ago and its worked fine for me. I guess its up to you whether you want to use this or the booklet. Thanks for the comment!

do you have to unscrew the lens to focus?
i wonder that cuz i dunno if it has to be totally screwed and then just twist something else... i dunno if mine's stuck or something :(

no you definitely do not need to unscrew it like I have here. Just force it a little and it should crack! :)
