Masala e khilafat is the basic difference between shias muslims and non shias muslims. The people who believe that Nabuwat & khilaft is appointed from Allah and Ali (as) is appointed Khalifa from Allah after Prophet Muhamad (SA) at Ghadeer e Khum are called Shias
and
who believe that After Prophet Muhammd (SA) khalifa is Hazrat Abu Bakar who was appoited by people (not Allah and Rasool sa) in Saqeefa (Place near madina) are called non shias.

If non shias want to prove themselves right then they have to prove khilafat of their Khalifas from Quran and Hadees.

There are only shias in this universe who can prove the Khilafat of their Khalifas from Quran and Hadees.

Remember the early Sunni and Shia differences were none, how you may ask.. Wel Imame Azam Abu Hanifa spent two years studying Tassawuf (science of mysticism) from Imam Jaffar al-Saadiq, so we find that these early Imams of the Ahl ul Bayt and the Sunnah were and this is what were shud be aiming to do, to come bak and stop accusing each other and become 1

@jameelmdx Allah says in the Qur'an, Surah Tauba 9:16, " and take none for friends and helpers except Allah, His Messenger, and the (community of) Believers?" Her Allah is saying that dont take Wahhabis, Mushriks or any bdiatis as your protectors or helpers but the believers.. and Hazrat Alli is he whom the prophet called his Brother and alsi the fourth Caliph of Islam so he is truly one of the best of Helpers. It should be remembered that the paternal aunt of Shimr, Umm Banin bint Kharam, was the wife of Hazrat Ali (Karramallahu taala wajhah) and whose off-springs were Abbas, Abdullah, Jafar, and Uthman and all the four brothers were accompanying Imam Husain in this encounter.
