From owner Erica Lawhorn: Elana is coming four this August and is 15.3. She is elegant, a stunning mover (with equal lift front and back and extension) that absolutely loves people - I don't ever worry about my 7 or 11 year old crawling around or under her. She has been lightly started under saddle and has some ground work complete but since I have gone back to school, she has not had the consistancy she deserves and needs. She is of Granadino, Leviton, Legionario and Banbury bloodlines. She has alot of "umph" as a show horse, a natural for piaffe, passage and levade, spanish walk, is willing and really wants to please. I would consider less(with possible payment terms) to a very good, permanent type home that would use her as both a riding horse and broodmare. She is not PRE, is 100% sound and has the best treatment her entire life, she bathes, loads, farriers (does not clip yet :-(), her sire is bay so she can throw color. If you are looking for a super special best friend, Elana is it. She really latches on to "her person" and loves my family so much (she is the one who always whinnies everytime we pull into the driveway or if she hears my voice in the house) that it is very important that I find her the perfect home.
