@shamurocks111 I agree on many points BUT her list of injuries were extensive, he severed her spinal column, broke her jaw and ribs. She died of blunt force trauma/drowning. If he was momentarily confused and mistook her for a fish, okay, but that doesn't change the fact her injuries weren't caused simply by 'pulling a ponytail'. Yes, the trainers do love these creatures but the fact remains that they are wild animals and should be treated as such. They are not predictable.

This video appears to show a normal part of the script. Every whale show I've ever seen included the whale pushing the trainer up from the water so he could dive.

@Ingentiiing2 The reports show that he did infact think her long pony tail swaying back and forth in the water was a fish. Yes they are smart but he may of been confused.
