Would that brush work for removing lint of a felt hat ? My hat has a lot of lint and i don't want to use the lint roller on it because i feel it might remove the felt as well.

How do you deodorize felt hats? Get the smell of smoke and sweat out without damaging the hat?

I know to brush the brim in a counter-clockwise direction and the very top of the crown staight back. But what about the bottom of the brim when you flip it upside down? Do I brush it CCW or Clockwise??
