he doesnt suck..hes just a risky character. his moves and tactics are hit or miss..meaning they have a high chance of missing.its just easy to punish him

el fuerte isnt that bad..he sucks against shoto's n stuff but against charge characters he rapes them, have you seen kai vs gootecks?
