@cazam smart water is good.I tried it after running 12 fast laps then walking 15 laps with a plastic sweat suit an for years the only drink that would help me with dehydration was gatarade or 10k after my run I went to a store called HEB STRAIGHT FROM THE TRACK,I was fighting with my mind to keep from fainting.There was no gatarade or 10k,so I took a chance with the smart water because it had magnesium an potassium on the label. It work better than the sports drinks.I brag on it till this day
