This is actually really helpful, as balloons are used are anhydrous / gas based chemistry experiments (even in universities) to allow for volume / pressure changes without exposure to the atmosphere. 820-840mmhg (for those interested) is 1093 to 1119mbar, 15.85 to 16.24psi, 109 324 to 111 990 Pascals (should be using Pascals as they're the SI unit). Which happens to be about the limit of positive pressure most lab glass is rated to.

This is actual original scientific research. There was no information on actual balloon pressures in either wikipedia nor manufacturers.
