Maina Njenga's case fails to take off yet again

The murder case involving Mungiki sect leader Maina Njenga failed to take off yet again following differences between the prosecution and defense lawyers over procedure. Kibe Muigai, one of Maina Njengas lawyer argued that his client had filed a petition in Nairobi and that there was need to separate the murder trial from the other applications. However, state counsel Charles Orinda wants the murder file opened to Njenga and his three co-accused be consolidated with that of 18 other suspects who face a similar charge.

lookin @this maina njenga man,,always dressed so neat in court,,difrent than all other mungiki damned young boys(who mayb actually not real killers anyway)and leavin a question,what kind o prison o remand is he in,,wea he can groom hmself so.a prison in kenya?is he a special prisoner?get real guys.
