A Jemi Love Story E111;S4

After reading the text, she turns to Joe.
Demi: Nick is gone.
Joe: Probably ran off don't worry about him .
Demi: I'm sorry
Joe: It's- uhh- dont worry bout it.
Demi: but you're mad! you're telling me to not worry about it?
Joe: yeah. things happen. but i forgive you. *he looks up at the sky, lost in thought*
Demi: Don't kill Nick.
Joe: i wasnt thinking about doing that...until Now.
Demi: what?
Joe: i'm kidding.
They both laugh. Demi finally wipes the last of her tears and smiles.
Joe: So, why did you decide to come all the way out here?
Demi: it just holds a lot of memories.
Joe: yeah, it does.
Demi: like the time you came and helped me when i had sand in my eyes. *she smiles, again*
Joe: *he nods and looks at her gain*
Demi: thank you.
Joe smiles and takes her hand and holds it, never wanting to let go.
Demi: So, ummm, how did you find out about the magazines - just curious.
Joe: Well, i was at the gas station and i saw Sel walk out of the store with her mom, and she had tears in her eyes. When i asked her what was wrong, he mom said to check out the magazines and so i did.
Demi: Oh. Well, i figured that guy was gonna turn it in.
Joe: i hate it that they wont give us some privacy- its like the whole world needs to know;
Demi: i know.
Awkward Silence.
Joe: So, you really want me to forget that you walked into my life?
Demi: *she shakes her head* not unless you want to.
Joe: i dont want to.
Demi: i hoped you would say that.
Demi smiled and got up and sat on his lap. Joe wrapped his arms around her and rested his chin on her shoulder and smiles.
Joe: oh, that reminds me.
He reached into his pocket and got out her engagement ring. He carefully took her hand and slipped it on her finger. She turned her head and kissed his cheek.
Demi: Promise me one thing, then.
Joe: anything. name it.
Demi: Promise me nothing will come between you and me, no matter how bad it is.
Joe: I Promise.
Demi, then, leaned back, relaxed in his arms and closed her eyes and smiled.
With Selena- (its now 2am., btw)
Sel: i'm just wondering where Nick went, mom.
Mrs.G: Don't worry hun, i bet he's fine. Maybe he just needed the space.
A few hours later, while Selena was trying to go to sleep, she just layed there awake. And stared at the wall, worrying about Nick and wondering what was going on between Nick & Demi. Her mom had said to go to sleep and talk to them in the morning. Since she couldnt sleep, and with her dad away on a business trip, she crawled in bed with her mom for comfort and company.
Sel: i dont get it. Why would he do that to me?
Mrs.G: Again, you should ask them in the morning.
Sel: but, i-
When she looked over at the mom, she was already asleep and Selena had thoughts bottled up in her head, waiting to be answered.
With Nick-
With his bag in the passenger seat, he was driving down the road wondering where to go. He had to get his thoughts right. How did he feel about Demi? Soon, he thought of just going to the beach to take a walk. But, when he pulled into the parking lot, he saw Demi's car parked next to Joe's. As he looked around, he saw them. Arms around her, Demi in his lap. He felt..he didnt know how he felt. But it seemed like he had already figured his feelings out for her, because he was jealous: he was in love with her. Just looking at them in love, hurt. Bad. Then, he saw the ring back on her finger, they probably talked it out. Maybe he was being silly, of course he didnt have a chance with her. She's gonna be Mrs. Joe Jonas soon. He swerved his car out and was now speeding down the freeway, jaws clenched. He pulled up into a parking lot of buildings. He knew it was already 2am. but he didnt care, he got out, took his bag with him, climbed 2 flights of stairs and was face-to-face with her apartment door. He knew she wouldnt let him stay but he had to try, right? Besides, she lived here now, without her parents. Then, he knocked on the door a couple of times, holding his breath, before the door swung open and there she stood in her pj's.
???: Nick? *she squints her eyes* What are you doing here? its after midnight.
Nick: I need a place to crash.
???: ummmm- *she shakes her head* Look, i saw that article in the magazine.
Nick: I've been having problems with Joe and everything, and its the least you can do.
Then, the door opened a bit more and there stood a shirtless Taylor L. They both just stood there, staring at each other.
Taylor: Miley, when are you coming back to bed?
Miley: *she looks at Nick* um, Nick, i can-
Nick: You've been sleeping with him?
Tay: *to Miley*Whats he want?
Miley: *to Nick* If you still need a place to stay, i-
Nick:Nevermind. Its not a good idea, after all. You two have a fun night.
Then, he walked back down those same 2 flights of stairs.

2) Whats gonna happen next?
