Did a few runs down in mexico over the weekend. Just a bunch of good friends doing some friendly runs. Black GTR had 230lb passenger. Grey GTR had passenger also.

@jabba12000 yeah true , i cant wait to see what time the 2012 gtr is on the nurburgh ring. but as i said im sure the new zr1 will improve its time as well. and by the way hp is not the only way to improve lap times the car has to have the proper set up to put that power to the ground. I cant wait to see how they match up. and although i have a audi s4 now im planning on buying a gtr in 2013 when i can pic up a 09 for like 40 k. the only reason i dont go for the vette is price and i need 4 seats

Well your comparing the 2012 zr1 to the 2011 gtr. The 2012 gtr has a tweaked suspension and 45hp more than the 2011 gtr. And the 2013 isn't out for sale but it has been created.

First of all your talking speculation and im stating facts, up until now the zr1 is faster. so until gtr gets a better time they are losers when put up against a zr1. but guess what ? the zr1 will improve its time as well with the next years model . and by the way i didnt know the 2013 gtr was even out yet ?

I'm sitting here saying a stock 2012/2013 gtr will beat the zr1 around the ring. your the one saying the zr1 needs to be tt. Its already over 6 liters with a sc. The gtr is just a 3.8tt. I'm not butthurt bc I know the gtr is faster. Not the 2011 but the newer ones sure are. You're a fucking idiot and you know nothing. I'm not looking to join any arguments but out of the box I'd take a zr1 but I think that with heavy tuning the gtr is better, this is coming from a guy who's driven both, and the one guy said the zr1 has such a huge price tag, but check out the 2012-2013 base price gtr it's not too different than the zr1 but for the pure driving experience I'd take the zr1, but that's just me a gtr guy is a gtr guy just like a vette guy is a die hard vette guy, but be honest at the end of the day we all want a

Lol you idiot of course the zr1 comes with those tires as an option. But the gtr doesn't. Give it track tries an it would make a huge difference. And The zr1 is already supercharged why twin turbo it? That would skyrocket it's already high price tag. And no wikipedia has only 2011 gtr tack times. In 2012 it got many revisions making it 45hp more powerful and a had body and suspension updates. Then in 2013 it gained an additional 15hp. So i have no doubt the 2012 and 2013 would win.
