If these houses are for sale, then I don't see why anyone should blame this couple for wanting to fix it (which helps the neighbourhood look better in the end) and make money - there's nothing wrong with that! I feel sorry for the family who lost it but they are renovating the house and breathing life back into it.

@Philawockeez I gave you an thumbs up for your logic, not many can pass the political name calling, both suck! Anyway to set some facts straight many banks will make trades or merge and change the policy of their rules with out telling you, thus breaking the contract or giving the contract to another bank in which it does not have your signature or the agreement that you had with your bank or previous bank, its hard to explain in such limited characters but most banks don't keep their promise.
This property was lost to foreclosure long ago. While the bank was trying to sell it, gang bangers broke in and trashed it. Rather than try to fix, the bank dropped the price $90k. This was an incredible deal. The investor cleaned it beautifully and sold it to a family for a great price. This made the neighborhood safer and provided a great home. My heart goes out to whoever lost it, but again, we had absolutely nothing to do with that whatsoever. We don't buy from families in foreclosur
