Pretty good...but anyone can take the action-y shots from a movie and put them in a trailer. It could have really been superb if you had tried to craft a story.

im doing superbad as an action thriller for my film editing class
any suggestions ?

Sure. There's a lot of running and chasing in the film, specifically with the cops. Use those clips and compile them. Also, if you want music to use with your film, I'd check out the Corner Stone Cues. Good fast-paced music.
